This aquarium is in a commercial complex at Shin Sapporo. About 10,000 fish. Atka mackerel and hairy crab from the seas around Hokkaido, fish from warm seas and coral reefs, harbor seals, sea otters, Magellanic penguins and more await visitors. See the pirarucu, a large freshwater fish from the Amazon River, and a show featuring the barred knifejaw
