The aquarium was opened in 1981 in Uozu General Park facing the Japan Sea. Using the theme "From the stream in the northern Alps to the deep sea of the Japan Sea," the aquarium houses many fish from around Toyama Bay as well as rare types From fid from overseas. The underwater tunnel inside the Great Ocean Tank of 240 tn of a must-see. Various shows such as feeding fish by the "Marine Girls" can also be enjoyed. From mid March to the end of May, firefly squids are displayed in a water tank.

I don't have any guides of this aquarium. Does any body know if they made any guides? And where I can get those?
In the years 1938, 1963, 1988 and 2013 they had theire anniversarrys. Have they made any books on this occassion?
