There are different feedingtimes fore the sharks, the rays, the terrapins, at the coral reef and at the rainforest exhibits - ask at the till for the times. Of course there also
is a playground for the kids.
The aquarium opend in March 1997 and gets aprox one million visitors each year. In 2008 the Merlin groupe bought the aquarium and renovated it for the periode of May 2008 to Jannuary 2009, when it opend as the Sea Life Centre of London in April 2009.
After of having taken the lifts down, we look at fishes frome the Atlantic Ocen and going on to the tidal Reach. Then we mmet the interesting rays, always one of the more popular tanks at Sea Life. Next you meet the coral reef and the first big tank, with cute sea turtles, wich swim over your head. Then you meet the next stars, the sharks in another huge tank with heads frome the Eastern Islands. Now we meet the seahorses, a funny fish, where the male does the breeding! Then we suddenly are in a tropical rainforest, where we meet the fearsome piranhas, the funny readeard terrapins among other facinating creatures. After have taken the lifts up we look at the River Thames history and the last stop is, if you dare, to walk above the dangerous sharks.
DE: Dieses ist Londons gröstes aquarium und man trift nicht nur die gewöhnliche Haie, nein auch Meeresschilkröten und verschieden Seenadeln. Das Aquarium hat u.a. 2 riesige Aquarien wo man durch gehen kann oder auf den Köpfen der Haien stehen kann.
